         Geoinformatics is a multidisciplinary professional Geospatial technologies Service

          Geoinformatics follows a standard methodology for issue escalation, progress  

monitoring, quality reviews and status reporting. The tasks will be planned with mutually  

agreed milestones. The work blocks are further broken down into smaller work segments down 

to weekly tasks. Review meetings will be conducted (through Tele-conference calls) on a regular 

basis to monitor the progress of the project. Reviews will be conducted against each monitoring  

point to ensure that quality objectives are met. Status reports will be sent on a regular basis.
